5 Stars was spot on from our walk through estimate to moving day and never complained once about any inconveniences like having to carry some extra large super heavy pieces of furniture up 6 flights of stairs. We fed them, kept them hydrated and had a few friends on hand to help merge our two households together. Moving day was long & hot but these guys just kept on working .. they ask for your satisfaction before leaving and are happy to oblige moving furniture 3-4" . The didn't break, scratch or damage anything. The best part is that when they took apart my furniture THEY kept track of the hardware! I didn't have to worry about a thing! 5 Star Moving guys (Salavat and Atai) moved me today. They were very professional and efficient. I was moving from a three bedroom home to a two bedroom town house , and they were nice enough to garage all of the belongings that I needed! They wrapped all the furniture with care, and made sure that everything was taken out of the previous home expeditiously. The move took only six hours , and I would like to say they were very accommodating. I would reccomend them to anyone who is looking to move.

Our 3-person mover team was amazing. My husband and I never thought moving could be so efficient and stress free. Moving my shoebox-sized studio from Hollywood to downtown with 5 Star went super smoothly: the movers got all relevant info beforehand from the third party app that I used to book the move. My movers, Max and Aza, arrived when they said they would, assessed the situation, and didn't waste time. The two gentlemen were wonderful - polite and respectful, and helped me out wherever they could.

I don't know how this company is with large and/or distant moves, but If I were to move again, which will probably happen in ~1 yr since I'm noticing red flags at my new apt complex, I would reach out to 5 Star Moving first - they were nothing short of professional and courteous.

Five Star Moving and Storage is actually worth an infinite number of stars. The communication from the moment that I reached out to get a quote up until the day of our move was top notch! I had to change our move-in date several times, as well as change what was being moved, which in turn changed the price, but Chris and Greg always took it in stride, super patient and accommodating.

The morning of the move, I received a phone call from Jason and Esteban, letting me know that they were 30 minutes out. They arrived and did a walk-through, asking questions, making sure that they knew exactly what was needed in order to make this move a success. My two teenage sons also helped, which they didn’t have to mind you, but I wanted them to not just sit around and be lazy.

Can't say enough great things about Five Star - the level of service from beginning to end was beyond what we could have asked for. We had a long distance move that was a bit complicated because it not only included our personal items but also included 200 rare/exotic plants that are extremely delicate. When sharing the importance of getting all the plants safely to the drop off location, Christians team took the extra time and mile to ensure exactly that. I've personally moved over 20 times in my life and can say without a doubt that Five Star and Christian's team was by far the best - you really get what you pay for. I will add that the final coat was a bit more than the quote but totally worth it. I picked Five Star because of the positive reviews on Yelp. They were priced competitively. Bethy was very responsive in asking questions to give me the most accurate quote. I emailed her a few times with questions. She was always prompt in answering me. The movers showed up within 30 minutes of the time we requested. They did phone ahead to give us an ETA so we knew they would be a little late. They were polite, efficient and asked questions to make sure we were happy. They were neat and tidy and cleaned up all the moving debris. I'm glad I trusted the yelp reviews and hired five star movers. I'm thoroughly happy with the service I received.

I had originally had contact Pure Moving Company but they flaked on me the day before my move. I called up 5 Star Moving and was able to get movers the very next day. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?! I had a 3 movers and 1 truck moving from Long Beach to Harbor City. Max, Math and Zhack were great! They texted me when they were on there way which I thought was great! I was so unprepared and they helped me out a lot. They were very respectful and courteous men. They arrived on time too! Gotta love that!!! 5 Star Movers are awesome! We just hired them this last Friday for a house move from Torrance to Hawthorne and they were professional, fast, friendly, and efficient. Needed a double vanity moved to the second floor weighed just under 300 lbs. The five star moving team was on time, three guys wrapped it and carried the vanity upstairs. Atai, Izzi, and Nick were the best movers I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I've moved quit a few days and dealt with numerous different moving companies but these 3 wonderful men did a beyond amazing and efficient job.

We moved from an apartment with 10 stars in the front to another apartment with 42 stairs. Yes...42 stairs! Nothing was damaged, they work efficiently and I am beyond grateful to them for lunging our large furtinture pieces up those steps and doing it all with a smile.

I called and spoke with Chris (it's so nice when an actual human answers the phone) and immediately he was ready to give me details on their protocols, pricing, and ask me for my information. He gave me three names as point contacts for who I can call with any questions at any time. I was able to set up a moving date right then and there.

I received a confirmation text the day prior to the moving date. Again it was not an automated text. Someone responded to my text with a text back immediately. I received a call from Jason the next morning to tell me they were 30 minutes away. Jason and his crew arrived, we did a walk through of the house and they went right to work.

I was really impressed with how efficient the three movers were and how much care they took in our furniture. Each of them asked at different times to make sure they were packing the items I wanted and if there was anything else they could do. We did a final walk through of the house before heading to the destination where they were again very meticulous in unpacking and re-assembling the furniture.

Two hours into the move I even received a call from Greg checking in with me to make sure everything was going well and if I had any questions.

I booked this company to clean my mom's house as she is moving out and she hasn't moved in over a decade so this was scary and the whole process very anxiety inducing. But these guys came in and took such good care of her things, so organized, deligent and careful and just took care of everything, She is over the moon happy and called a little emotional and so relieved this scary part of moving is over with. They ended up coming under their initial quote too! Great service, automated text and everything to make it easy n seamless to book, review, make changes (as we did) and then pay. Paying a moving company can seem like an extra added large expense but man these guys are worth every single penny to make my mom who usually is a very picky woman when it comes to customer service, happy with their fast and efficient work!

George and Jose made quick work of the move and delivered same day from Glendale to Santa Rosa (~411 miles), which involved disassembling and reassembling a bed and dresser. Best moving team ever! I've moved every 2-3 years for the past 15 years and I've always dreaded the movers showing up...until now! We have a 3 bed, 2 bath 1300 square foot house and the 3 man team had the entire house loaded up in 3 hours. They were very polite, respectful and friendly throughout. Each person took a room and they attacked the job. At the new house, they offloaded in 2 hours. They arranged and rearranged our furniture with no complaints, they actually gave some ideas on where to put certain items that we agreed with. They put the furniture back together with care and DIDN'T put a single scratch on our newly stained and finished hardwood floors. I must note, they slightly damaged a dresser, but the team leader came to us immediately to show us, and offered to put it back on the truck and take it back to their shop to fix. It was so minimal we refused the fixing, but they gave us $100 discount anyways. I highly recommend these movers and I will definitely be calling them for our next move.

5 Star Moving - Solid company! I truly hate moving in general but these guys made it much more bearable. Movers were polite, punctual and reasonably priced. Lately, I've had to move alot of stuff and these movers were able and willing, pleasant to deal with.

I was recommended the company by my real estate agent and despite an initial rocky start during the packing phase, things went much better on moving day. The team really stepped it up. If you want to have packing, please try and be realistic about it and make sure you plan a whole day for 2 bedroom plus (unless you have no stuff!!) - fortunately it was not a long move and I was able to do some packing myself. The disassembly and reassembly of my furniture went very well despite having some delicate pieces. The team did not waste time and stayed positive throughout even though it took much longer than we all thought due to the distance to the truck from the loading zone. Most important - communicate any special needs - all requests were handled well.

From working around my schedule—which involved me having to cancel and reschedule due to Illness, to the actual move—I would highly recommend. Used this company for a move today. We used 4 guys and 2 trucks. We were very pleased with every aspect of the move. They were punctual, and hard working. No one stopped to rest and everyone worked incredibly hard.

They wore masks the entire time and never had to be asked to put it on or pull it up, and that was very important to us.

Amazing moving company! They were very quick to reply to my voicemail I left for them. Answered any questions I had and provided very affordable pricing for my move. They arrived on time on the day we scheduled for and quickly went to work. I moved apartments and had everything already packed in boxes. They were able to load up all my furniture and boxes into their moving truck and unloaded everything at my new place at around 3 hours. Five Star Moving And Storage are amazing! They helped me move to my house from my previous apartment. The two folks were awesome, making a point to ensure entryways and passages, enclosing furniture by defensive covers and cling wrap. They did the entire occupation in only 3 hours from beginning to end, which was time saving. I'd strongly recommend this company to anybody searching for an expert move at an low cost.

Update 2: this company is extremely attentive and willing to correct any mishaps. I received several calls to assure that the issue was resolved. They were willing to come back to repair furniture and setup the bed. Even offered to send furniture out to be repaired if needed. At the end I was given a credit with no hassle. Very satisfied!

The guys are so responsible and moved everything with no damage! My move was scheduled from 2:30 to ~ 7.30pm. After we arrived at our destination, I asked them to sit down and have dinner with us before they do the drop off and assemblies. They took the food but refused to sit down with us in the apartment because they wanted to look after our stuff being left outside. Our new neighborhood was pretty safe, so we weren't so worried. However, I was so touched by their sense of responsibility! what's more, they took off the dinner time from my moving time even though I didn't ask for it. I always believe in the saying, "take time to save time". I felt it's either they work in hunger and are less efficient, or have a dinner break and work more efficiently and energetically. Either way, it will take about the same time. I really appreciated for that!

I had a great 1 bed/1 bath apartment move from Long Beach to West LA thanks to my movers. They did a great job making sure that my furniture and boxes were wrapped and protected before they carefully transported my things. What would have taken me a week and a sore body took them just a few hours to complete. Most of all, they provided excellent service at an excellent price.

We had an incredible experience with Five Star Moving and Storage. We called for a last minute move and Five Star accommodated us the same day. Our movers, Alvaro, Alejandro, and Oscar, were kind, helpful, resourceful, efficient, and delicate. We had a couple heavy and fragile pieces of furniture, which they moved successfully without a scratch. We also had two stops during the move, and they were able to accommodate us with that as well. We would recommend Five Star to anyone in need of a move. We will absolutely be using them in our future moves.

I was a little skeptical when they pulled up in an unmarked truck, and said to myself, "you get what you pay for". I was wrong. Dead wrong. I got a real value for each and every dollar I paid to have 5 Star move me out of a storage unit and into a my home. They worked like they were driven by the devils whips of fire. We moved everything out of a 10X15 storage unit in under 40 minutes. Nothing damaged, nothing scratched, nothing banged. They moved everything into the new place so quickly I had to wait for my wife to arrive so she could tell them where to put stuff. We'd never used movers before but we're so glad we did. I don't think we can go back to doing it ourselves ever again. They paid extra attention to wrapping our furniture and everything arrived without a scratch. We have this huge mirror that had to be taken downstairs. Hiring these guys was worth it just not to deal with that, but they really did go above and beyond in everything they did. They worked hard. They were efficient, and communicative. When they were stuck in traffic they even texted us a screenshot of the Google maps showing where they were in all the red traffic. We were caught in the same traffic so we expected they'd be stuck too but the heads up was appreciated.

I ordered the moving service with Matt. Matt was very helpful and requested all photos of the townhouse. At the time, their initial quote was expensive as this was a long distance out of state move. The dispatcher Greg did a great job when it comes to hiring professional movers. Only one thing that I had doubts on was that I had to pay all in full before the service was rendered. A day before the move, the company reached out to confirm. The movers showed up on time at 8am and went to work. The movers knew what to do and was attentive to detail. The entire move was smooth. No lollygagging. They left around 12:30PM. We had a tracking device in one of the boxes and saw that they didn't even stop for lunch. They went straight to the destination to finish the job. They were completed around 8pm. I would recommend this service to anyone who requires a long distance move service. These guys are great and professional.

First of all, I HATE MOVING!!! LA summer has started and I was dreading the moving process.
So when I found these guys they were so easy to work with and manage. They sent 3 guys who were super polite very accommodating and moved with a sense of urgency. Mind you I lived in the 3rd floor with no elevator. They still hustled and were very careful. Completed the packing in under 3 hours.
They provided wrapping, moving blankets, boxes if needed. They moved everything the the assigned room and kept things organized. Managed their time and cleaned up after themselves.
Carlos, Carlos and Angel are the best movers I've ever come across.
All of this for under $500!!! If I do move again, I will be giving them a call.

We needed to move some things on a short notice from a assisted living home. The movers came on time and were very careful with all of our things. And the price was very reasonable. We would use them again.

2 Guys came on time and moved about 30 boxes and a one bedroom apartment furniture and fridge in 4 hours. De assembling and reassembling a bed took some time but was done right. I was hoping it would take 3 hours but it took four. The guys didn’t waste anytime. They were careful and experienced. I would recommend.

We had to get all of our furniture moved off our hardwood floors because our floors are being refinished. The 48" built in refrigerator and washer & dryer were very difficult to move, but these pros made it look easy.

We will definitely be calling the 3 Pros back when our floors are refinished and it is time to move back in.

Mike and his 2 man crew moved us from Torrance, CA to Las Vegas, NV, they took care of all our furnishing, personnel item's and even asked, after they delivered all our thing's on time the next day to help put some items together before they leave. They asked questions about certain furniture item's to make sure they understand how to handle those item's with care. I would highly recommend their services and professional attitude. It is great when you can see they really do care about doing the job right the first time.

Had a great moving experience with 5 star moving. Jose and his crew were very efficient and handled our items with care. Moved from a place with a lot of hills to a high floor building. And it was not the easiest move; however, Jose and his crew were able to handle all the obstacles. Very professional. Was quoted a fair price for an all day job, but the crew as able to finish it in a shorter time. This meant a lower price since they charge by the hour. The crew was respectful of our time and items.

Arrived on time. Movers were professional, friendly, clean and courteous. At least one spoke great English. They explained all charges before proceeding and got sign off on everything. They worked efficiently. I would hire them again. Wait, in fact I did. They moved me OUT of the old place then six months later moved me IN to the new place. During move out they also professionally assisted in break down and wrap of furniture.

This is the third time we used Five Star Moving and for a good reason. They showed up on time, did a great job and handled everything professionally. It was a very hot day and one of the movers couldn't handle wearing his mask anymore, which is understandable, but we kept our distance and it worked out. The price ended up being a little more than expected but they had extra work in getting two bedrooms up two flights of stairs. I can highly recommend Five Star Moving. The staff in the office are super nice and we are extremely happy with how things went.

I obtained a couple of quotes and Five Star was the most fair. They had an existing relationship with the building where I was moving so working within the rules of the building for a move-in was simple for me. They took care of the admin work on their end.
From the moment I called to inquire about the move to a person showing up at my doorstep, even taking off their shoes, to provide the quote was less than a few hours. In addition, the final invoice came out less than what we were quoted for since the guys worked efficiently, which I believe I compensated fairly through gratuity and pizza. The movers arrived ahead of me to the new place and had already unpacked most of the truck. The move-in was seamless.

The movers are highly professional guys - they are friendly, hardworking, have good sense of humor, and always willing to help you a lot more than you expect; their techniques of lifting up and carrying along heavy stuff worth commending. Our company needed movers to come and move our storage area into a new area along with bringing some furniture into our office. I call Five Star and set up the appointment. From the time I contacted them to when our move was scheduled I got confirmation emails and calls to let me know everything was on tract. The night of the move they showed up exactly on time and the two guys were so nice and did an amazing job. I asked for them to help take some boxes out of our office to storage unit and they didn't blink an eye, just picked them up and loaded on to the truck. Everything went so smoothly which when you have to work all day and then take care of a move after hours, it was such a relief.

So impressed with 5 star moving! I was dreading hiring movers from friends' past experiences of movers that were inexperienced and slow, and finding dings on walls or furniture itself.

I strongly recommend this moving company because they were always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had plus their estimates were spot on. Working with Alex, Ilay, and Ellis was very smooth and easy. They were quick in wrapping our furniture with blankets and moving wrap and very efficient in moving boxes and other items. They also helped with disassembling and reassembling lamps, dining table, fans, and bed frame. They were able to move everything from our one bedroom apt in west la and into a tri level townhome in Gardena within a little over 3 hours!

My move from West Hollywood back to Hollywood went smooth. These guys don't talk too much but they do their job. The wardrobe boxes they brought are the best. I had a move with another company just 2 weeks ago from Hollywood to West Hollywood (don't ask, long story, I ended literally across the street from where I'd lived before the first move) and they charged me $200 more for moving less stuff the same distance.

These guys are pros - hands down! Eric and his partner assisted me with a move on 5/1. They were punctual, courteous and... BLAZING FAST. The two of them moved my entire one-bedroom apartment in 2.5 hours. Did I mention this was two couches, two desks, a dining room set, a 60-inch TV, an entertainment center w/surround sound, my wardrobe, musical instruments, bedroom set, etc up 35 flights of stairs? Additionally, I had to ask/remind them to take breaks (they didn't want to rest on my dime)! If you have it in you, give these two gentlemen a fat tip. They're hard-working and are excellent at what they do. Had a great experience. Five-Star: give these two gentlemen a RAISE!

These guys were amazing. Very professional and respectful. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns prior to the move. On the moving day, they arrived on time and quickly went to work. Once they came they help me organize and moved my stuff with extra care. They price is very fair and they are open to negotiation. We hired this company last minute when I wasn't happy with a quote we got elsewhere. They were able to give me a rough estimate over the phone and schedule me with less than 2 days notice. The movers were AMAZING, we had a lot of heavy large furniture that they moved from a house to an upstairs apartment and they didn't waste a single second. The guys are so responsible and moved everything with no damage! My move was scheduled from 2:30 to ~ 7.30pm. After we arrived at our destination, I asked them to sit down and have dinner with us before they do the drop off and assemblies. They took the food but refused to sit down with us in the apartment because they wanted to look after our stuff being left outside. Our new neighborhood was pretty safe, so we weren’t so worried. However, I was so touched by their sense of responsibility! what’s more, they took off the dinner time from my moving time even though I didn’t ask for it. I always believe in the saying, “take time to save time”. I felt it’s either they work in hunger and are less efficient, or have a dinner break and work more efficiently and energetically. Either way, it will take about the same time. I really appreciated for that!

Had a great experience wit 5 Star!! Jose and his crew were awesome. Fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again. They took the time to go through the house thoroughly before they moved anything and made sure that they understood everything that was being taken(because we were not moving everything!) and got it all sorted out correctly the first time! On the delivery side they were wonderful about putting items/boxes in the rooms requested and unwrapped and placed furniture wherever we wanted. Didn't leave anything for us to have to move ourselves unless of course we changed our minds after they left.

I called the company and they were very friendly and took the time to explain everything over the phone. Their pricing is very fair and above all they make sure that you understand what you will be receiving. We set a time for the next day and Aiba and Chika came promptly on time as promised. The two gentleman moved everything making sure that nothing gets damaged. Even wrapped everything up. When my vouch woudnt fit through the door they took the time to remove the legs and put them back perfectly. They worked fast and I am extremely satisfied. Will definitely call them for my next move. My first time hiring a moving company so I didn't know what to expect. Marat and Dennis showed up and took care of everything efficiently and carefully. We managed to get so much done in so little time. I even arranged my furniture in my new place. Totally worth it.

Moving is the worst!!!! I've moved our 3 bed house 3 times in the last year and 5 Star made it super easy. The last time was up to the 4th floor and these guys kicked ass!! no damage and even got my big fridge in when I wasn't sure it would fit. Five Star Moving and Storage is actually worth an infinite number of stars. The communication from the moment that I reached out to get a quote up until the day of our move was top notch! I had to change our move-in date several times, as well as change what was being moved, which in turn changed the price, but Chris and Greg always took it in stride, super patient and accommodating.

The morning of the move, I received a phone call from Jason and Esteban, letting me know that they were 30 minutes out. They arrived and did a walk-through, asking questions, making sure that they knew exactly what was needed in order to make this move a success. My two teenage sons also helped, which they didn't have to mind you, but I wanted them to not just sit around and be lazy.

Esteban and Jason really put in the work. The move was fast and they didn't mess up one single thing. Very nice guys, very nice company. If you are ever going to move I would definitely, highly, without a doubt, recommend.

Five Star Moving made my move easy. They called in plenty of time to confirm my move and communicated the details to me very well. My belongings were taken straight over to my new place with no delay and all in great condition.

Thoroughly impressed with their team and their rates. Was offered an earlier time slot which I initially wasn't able to take but later another early window opened up which I took. The team was great, and more than helpful even offering to shrink wrap things that typically couldn't be taken just to lighten the load for me. Everything else was carefully wrapped and taken apart where necessary. There's no damages at all and I'm truly thrilled at the care and speed of the move. Everyone had a fantastic attitude through and kept working despite the 90° heat. The pricing was more than reasonable and ended up being significantly cheaper than my last move which was handled by a well known company about two men. But what really was nice admit this was Greg and Chris actually managing it, coordinating and scheduling and keeping me informed and updated. Truly appreciated and added a comforting touch. I would not hesitate to use again.

I booked 5 Star last September and had an easy time booking my move and was quoted a fair price. I booked 3 movers for 3hrs and 30 mins for my 600sqft apartment. The movers showed up on time and completed the job in just under 4hrs. The overage was understandable as a couple items of furniture needed to be dis and reassembled also my move was in the heart of Ktown- parking was difficult at both locations and they were unable to park at the entrance of either building but made the best of an difficult situation.
If I move again in the future I will use 5 Star- they are professional and have great customer service.

I am so happy that I found this moving company to move my childhood upright piano from my parents home in Culver City to my 3rd floor apartment in the San Fernando Valley. Alex and his crew were amazing. They were fast and professional. They saved the day when our other moving company didn't show the day of our move. They had very reasonable rates too! They were very careful with all our belongings. Not a single scratch. They packed our stuff, loaded it, moved it, and unloaded it in the new house in only 6 hours. While they were packing out stuff, they realized we had too much for one truck, so they quickly had another truck come to our place. I cannot recommend them more highly.

When I called for a quote, someone got back to me within an hour. It was all very clear and the best price I could find. When I had questions before the move, they were very responsive again. They moved our 3 bedroom, 2 story condo navigating stairs and our 2 dogs. So far I've only noticed one piece that was scuffed, but I have no doubt the management will take care of it. Possibly the best experience I've ever had with a moving company, and I've moved a lot in my day! They showed up on time, great crew, very organized, followed my direction as far as things that were staying versus going, where to place things, and even put my dining room table back together, as well as disassembling and then re- assembling a set of bunkbeds, so that it would fit down the hallway. They took extra care with items that I mentioned were family heirlooms, which was so very appreciated, especially since the prior moving company was not very careful. I've already recommended them to friends, and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a local move!

It can be scary to hire someone to handle all of your property and they made it such an easy and enjoyable experience. Would recommend and will definitely use them on my next move. Jose and Anthony were great. They were fast, efficient and pleasant. all of our items were delivered intact.

The movers were great. While they did not speak much English, they did their best and found other ways to communicate effectively with me. They were quick, careful and polite. The move was completed at a much faster time than I originally anticipated.

Chris was helpful, reassuring, & transparent when scheduling the move. Jose was very strategic and responsive & his team were experienced, careful, & kept moving throughout. These are the kind of movers you need for a big move that requires expertise.

These hard working guys paid attention to detail and were very fast (we had a lot of stuff).

Pros:
- 3 Russian Guys, from different parts of Eastern Europe with great work ethics
- They took very little breaks and made our move very easy
- they even helped us with other things they didn't need to (fridge got delivered and the lame fridge guy didn't have anyone to help him) our guys stepped in
- Great job parking and not disturbing neighbors. I don't know how they did it but they managed to park a huge truck and even FedEx trucks could get by RESPECT
- you do get what you paid for, pricey but great guys

Cons:
- It wasn't cheap for a move of only 4 miles away
- They could have used one more guy which would have cut the move time by 2 hours

I just wanted to say thanks to the guys that helped us move today. You made it easier then it would have been. I'd use you guys again in a heartbeat.

Your team was wonderful. They were skillful, careful, energetic, and efficient. They were so cheerful throughout that it was a positive pleasure to see them around. Not that our move didn’t present them with many problems. We presented them with lots of problems; furniture too big to fit through a door, frail pieces of furniture and irreplaceable antiques, packed boxes galore, and lots of breakables, everything that can make a move difficult. But everything arrived safe and sound (which has never happened to us before) and in the place we wanted it to be.

I love 5 Star Moving! I had Zack, Chingez, & Aidero and they did a great job getting a lot of my mirrored glass furniture wrapped and moved into my new apt near the beach. They guys arrived 10-15 minutes before their scheduled start time which I appreciate! They went straight to work and seemed to enjoy their line of work. I used Adept Moving Co before and I believe 5 Star is so much better. Humble and hard-working. Plus I like the assigned three guys over two at Adept. Much more efficient. The guys even helped me put together my bed frame and headboard as well as hanging my heavy mirror. I found the guys to be very personable and friendly which makes a big difference too. Plus they are genuinely good guys who have a good work ethic and are honest. Thanks so much Zack, Chingez, & Aidero! You guys rock! If I ever move again, I will definitely use 5 star!

Had the opportunity to work with Mike and Ilzap earlier today. Very courteous, very efficient, and very conscientious. Was concerned that we had too much to fit into our storage room, but they stacked everything- carefully- to the ceiling and we still had some space.

This company helped me pack up my father in laws studio apartment and moved it all into one of there storage units down in LA. I didn’t even have to be physically present. They video called me so that I can help with the process. They did a great job and ensure me that his stuff was in safe hands and stored professionally until me and the kids are able to drive to LA and go through his belongings and keep some things to remember him by. I will also be visiting 5 star movers at that time so I can personally meet and thank them. They saved us a lot of hassle of having to take time off work and get kids out of school. I scheduled a move with 3 guys for $135/hour - their pricing was great IMO. I was really concerned about some fragile items and timing. The movers totally alleviated my concerns. They were really professional, courteous and took proper care of all my belongings. I highly recommend using this company!

5 Star Moving is amazing. From the first interaction Chris was honest, direct and didn't do any upselling like other companies do. The estimate was bang on and the move actually came in a little UNDER budget! The three guys were super efficient and focused and careful with everything. Even disassembled and reassembled a tricky desk. A move is stressful even when it goes well. I would 100% use 5 star again and highly recommend them as they made the entire process go as smooth as possible.

Cruz and Diego were great. It was not an easy move in or out and they worked really hard all day. Slight damage was done to a wall and they immediately pointed it out and the company sent someone out to fix it without issue. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

The company is named 5 star moving for a reason, we had an amazing experience with them for our move yesterday! They were able to accommodate us even with only 2 weeks notice which was a lifesaver, and in 3 hours on the dot, Marat, Sanzhar and the team moved everything out of our old place and into our new one. They were careful to wrap/cover corners around the house to ensure that no damage was done and everything made it over safely. Moving is a stressful process but these guys made our move as smooth and painless as possible. Will definitely use them again in the future!

5 star all around! A little miscommunication to start the day but they made it right and worked hard for our entire pack job. We had a great crew who took care with our valuables. It took a few hours longer than we all anticipated but they didn’t complain and worked fast and safely until the move was done. Great communication leading up to the move as well.

We used five star moving company for the long distance move. We moved from downtown Los Angeles to San Francisco Bay Area.
The movers were courteous and nice. All of our items were delivered safe and sound. The move was handled with great care on both sides.

Jose and team were awesome. They moved, boxed and took apart our furniture then fit our entire house, backyard (multiple grills, smoker, patio furniture, etc) into one truck and headed over to the new place to reassemble everything. Professional, courteous and efficient. highly recommend theme

I would like to update my review on this company. I gave them a bad review the last time I used them but I decided to give them another chance as they had a change in management and employees.
I am very glad that we did as they have done a complete overhaul of their services. They performed over and above what was expected of them!
The 2 movers who came were very professional, had a good bright attitude and moved everything gladly where I wanted things to be, even with some changes here and there.
Matt, the manager, was very understanding of our situation, even as we had to change our move date a couple of times.
My advice is to give this company another chance as they have changed and you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend. We had to move furniture from a few different locations and get heavy items up narrow staircases and through small doors. Our movers were professional, hard-working, and optimistic. Ask for Angel and/or Kellen...both great workers and simply hard-working nice guys!

These movers are terrific. Really considerate of safety with masks. They were very respectful of my belongings and my family. They worked very hard and were just nice and kind throughout the 8 1/2 hour move!

First, let me preface this review by saying that my moves are always hard -- in fact, they're brutal. I have tons and tons of things. My last move I had 75+ boxes...

This move would not only be difficult (as always), but it was also a 350-mile distance.

I'd never used 5-Star Movers before and found them on Yelp. I was initially impressed by Sam's communication with me and his responsiveness. His price quote for this move was also very aggressive.

Come moving day, he sent 3 team members to my place and their speed, efficiency, and the great care they took with my things was top-notch. They wrapped, protected, and blanketed anything which needed extra care, and they were swift and friendly throughout.

My things were guarded overnight so everyone could get some rest for the 6-hour drive the following morning. Upon their arrival, they unloaded but also did several things which went above and beyond anything I've experienced with a move: they helped me assemble things, they took care of trash (not just the boxes, but also all of my paper wrap), and helped me with some shelves I wasn't able to reach. After a long move, they asked if I needed any additional help (most movers would've been trying to get out of there after a 6-hr drive and a long day of moving).

I can't stress how impressed I am by this moving company. They were trustworthy and asked me to check their truck when they were done to be sure all was unloaded. And so trustworthy in fact, that at one point I needed water and I quickly went to the store while they did their thing.

They definitely live up to their name! I got 2 guys to wrap up and move a 2 bedroom (living room and master) apartment with a bunch of furniture and they got everything done in 3 hours! Aza and the other worker were so fast and efficient and incredibly friendly. Their truck was just the perfect size and they were able to accommodate everything I had. I am definitely going to use them again and highly recommend it!

2nd time I have had to use this company in 2 month and they do not disappoint. Both times now, during their busiest season I think, summer time, they have provided the best customer service, even though I think I drove Chris crazy with all my needing to reschedule and change number of movers, etc. But they leverage tech to make those changes quick and easy and are on top of it with customer service so overall 5 stars. I give a whole other 5 stars for the actual work. My goodness, these movers show up and just beast mode through all the crud we've accumulated, while giving great care and thought to our things. It's amazing. I will sing their praises up and down.

Five star moving certainly lived up to their name. They are prompt courteous efficient and kind. How do you say, Boris and Vandu were so nice to work with they bent over backwards to accommodate us and always had a smile on their face. The truck was literally loaded top to bottom and just when we thought we would have ran out of room they found a way to pack everything for us. I also have to give a shout out to Kris who was the person that set up the move for me. He explained everything thoroughly multiple times and they came in on the quoted price within $50 I would've gladly paid much more than that for the service I've received. We moved from orange county California to Arizona so it was a long drive. Nothing was damaged and I could not be happier!

Great experience with the company! My original movers cancelled on me at the last minute, and I had my move fulfilled by Five Star in Orange. Bob and his helper showed up a little early, and got right to work. I moved from Orange to Anaheim, one bedroom, and the entire move- load and unload- took no more than an hour and ten minutes! Unfortunately I already paid for two hours. :( But they did everything amazing, safe, considerate, and carefully. Five star service from Five Star Movers!
